Before you pay — the consumer-law bit
  • 14-day cancellation right on unused packs (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Digital-content waiver: once you spend the first credit from a pack, the cancellation right ceases for that pack. Stripe Checkout will surface this in a tick-box.
  • Failed renders are refunded automatically. If a paid action doesn't produce a usable output because of a provider error, the credits pop straight back to your balance.

  • How much does one AI session cost?

    A chat reply costs 1 credit. A generated image is 10 credits. A walkthrough video is 30 credits. At $1 = 100 credits, a chat reply is roughly 1 US cent.

  • Do my credits expire?

    No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. If the service is ever discontinued, you can request a refund of the unused balance to the original payment method.

  • Can I try it without paying?

    Yes. Every new visitor is granted 3 free credits — enough for at least one chat answer. After that you sign in (free) and top up from $1.

  • What happens if a render fails?

    If the AI provider returns an error, a video job times out, or the server is unreachable, the credits you spent are refunded automatically — no need to email us. See our Refund & Disputes Policy for the full list of scenarios.

  • Can I get a refund on unused credits?

    Yes. You have a 14-day right to cancel an unused pack for a full refund. Once you spend the first credit from a pack, the digital-content waiver kicks in and that pack becomes non-refundable. Details in the Refund & Disputes Policy.

  • Why USD?

    We keep a single currency to simplify invoicing across Stripe and to avoid FX markup on small top-ups. Your card's issuer will convert to your local currency at the time of purchase.

  • Is the Buy button live?

    Not yet. Stripe checkout is wired up in the next release. Clicking Buy today shows a coming-soon toast — your balance is never changed without your consent.

About the chargePayments are taken by SRK Electrical Ltd (Company No. 14124244) via Stripe once it's live. Invoices are available from your Account page.
